  1. Preamble

The present conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, C-ROC SPRL, registered with the crossroads bank of companies under the number BE0678816688, whose registered office is Avenue jules Bordet 160, 1140 Brussels; hereinafter called

“C- ROC “and, on the other hand, people wishing to make a purchase via the website of

C-ROC (www.c-roc-wear.com) hereinafter referred to as” the customer “.

  1. Fields of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all sales of products presented on the www.c-roc-wear.com website. Any order placed with C-ROC obligatorily entails the validation of the general terms and conditions of sale herein and therefore implies acceptance without reserve of these.

  1. Products

All the products on sale on the site C-ROC-WEAR.COM are proposed while stocks last. The products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, the photographs and descriptions of the products are given as an indication, they may undergo slight modifications without the responsibility of the seller can be engaged or that the regularity of the sale can not be challenged.

  1. Rates and terms of payment

The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros (€) and are displayed TTC (All taxes included).

All items sold on our site are legally guaranteed under Belgian law.

They are subject to change at any time without notice. The ordered products are billed at the price in effect when the order is registered.

Product prices posted on the site do not include the cost of delivery.

The full price is payable upon confirmation of the order.

Online payment of products by credit card is made through Hipay. The data recorded by the Hipay payment system is the proof of the financial transactions carried out by credit card. Hipay does not transmit credit card payment information except, if necessary, in the event of a duly expressed claim relating to a particular transaction. The customer declares to have all the necessary authorizations for a payment by credit or debit card during the validation of his order. In case of suspicion of fraud, C-ROC reserves the right to initiate a procedure of additional information towards a customer by asking for various justifications and, following this procedure, to cancel or suspend any order or delivery and this even in case of payment authorization issued by Hipay.

  1. Delivery and deadlines

All parcels are shipped by La Poste services in Belgium. Delivery costs for all orders placed are fixed and indicated on the correct summary of the order, before validation of the latter. Unless otherwise indicated, delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering.

Delivery times are expressed in working days (Monday to Friday). We undertake to process the order within a maximum of seven days from the day after payment of the order.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs duties or charges imposed by the country of destination. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Liability

The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage that your parcel may suffer during transport. In the event that a package arrives damaged or appears to be damaged, the customer must refuse the delivery and request that the parcel be returned.

The seller’s responsibility can not be held liable for late delivery. A delay does not authorize the cancellation of the order and can in no case entail the payment of compensation for late payment and / or damages.

  1. Retraction privileges reserved for individuals

Under the conditions provided by law and in the context of distance selling, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of his order which will be refunded against return of products delivered. The buyer must return the goods in their original condition. The return of goods is at the risk and peril of the customer.

The procedure to respect for the return of the goods will be detailed in the email of confirmation of the order sent to the customer. We advise the customer to keep the proof validated by the post office used that the goods have been collected and returned to C-ROC, until the C-ROC actually receives the return package. Goods return costs are paid by C-ROC for orders returned from Belgium (and only from Belgium).

All refunds will be made within 15 days of the return of the parcel and with the same payment method that you used for the payment of the order.

All items must be returned to the following address: Avenue jules Bordet 160, 1140 Brussels.

  1. Intellectual property

All elements of the C-ROC-WEAR.COM website are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Likewise, the trademarks, logos and visuals appearing on the website are the exclusive property of the seller. They can not be used under pain of forgery; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

  1. Law on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.

In accordance with the law on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, the customer has a right to access and rectify data concerning him.

C-ROC guarantees to the customer a total respect of the confidential information recorded on the computer supports.

C-ROC undertakes not to disclose any information that may enable third parties to know the confidential data within the meaning of the law on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.

  1. Governing Law

The general conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Brussels will be competent.
